Brief: Interview Mayor of Hartford, Arunan Arulampalam and his wife, Liza Arulampalam about their experience adopting and working with the State, including a CTA for families to foster/adopt. Capture b-roll of Arunan, Liza, and the family to splice into the interview. Provide an extended interview edit for DCF's website and a 30-second cut, to run on local cable.
